Genre: Poetry
Ratings: ⭐⭐⭐⭐/5
The Dilemma is the second book of poetry by Danielle Holian.
Danielle in her book of poems shares from her own personal experiences, the mistakes of choosing a wrong partner and staying with them even after realising there are not the one for you.
It's an emotional rollercoaster and has poems about love, heartbreak, anger, breakup, acceptance etc. Written in three parts, the loving, the breaking and the healing the poems talk about life before, during and after break up.

It talks about an abusive relationship, cheating and has poems on sex life as well. The author has out out her emotions in a true and raw form. If you have ever been in an abusive relationship then you can definitely relate to it.
I liked all the poems in the book and especially poems in the part The Healing, where you let go of your emotions and learn to love yourself. It's a very emotional and heartbreaking journey.
I loved the book and I recommend it to all poetry lovers.
