In her extensively researched book, she has given very practical guidelines to live a healthy life, how to cleanse our mind and body to prepare ourselves for the healing process and how exactly to heal our mind and body.


She has given 4 step plan with a focus on nutrition, sleep and exercise. She has shared a perfect diet plan along with the yoga routine to detox our body to prepare for the repair phase that helps not only in slowing down our ageing process but also helps to develop a positive approach towards our life.


She has shared a lot of recipes to add variety to our diet plan and a gentle yoga routine to start our healing process with. This book has everything that is needed to live a healthy and happy life. All these are not just theoretical but the author has shared her and her clients' experience in this book.


It's a very motivational and helpful book that is a must-read for everyone especially at the time of crisis that we are facing right now where improving our immunity is the most important task. I recommend it to everyone who is looking to improve their health and lifestyle.
