Book Review #183: India Positive Citizen by Savitha Rao

Author: Savitha Rao

Genre: Motivation

Ratings: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/5

Being an Indian we all want to enjoy a better India. But who makes the country better? It's not only the government's responsibility but also of every citizen who must own it up. Only when every citizen of the country take it upon themselves the accountability of making our country better in every way only then the country will prosper.

This book gives us an insight into what actions or initiatives can a citizen take to make the country a better place for everyone. Nothing changes around us until we take the initiative and start making changes. It might take time but the result will be worth it.

The book gives us the account of more than 50 people who are working for the betterment of our country and who are contributing as much as they can for the country to prosper. The author through her book asks us to do our bit of service at least one action once a week for 52 weeks and tells us how it can change the country.

The book also gives you the action plans that are proposed by and for students, senior citizens, entrepreneurs etc. I liked the column A-Z of being India Positive Citizen. All these things are explained in the simplest manner possible and this book is sure to change your way of thinking and your responsibilities towards your country.
