This book is a collection of poems focusing on trauma, anxiety, the healing process and being grateful to what you possess rather than lamenting.
This book gives us the glimpse into the journey of a person who suffered from childhood trauma and her regrets, fears, dreams, nightmares etc. The poems also talk about anxiety, depression, friendship, relations, fear of getting rejected, thoughts of self-harm, suicidal tendencies and so on.

Few poems have rhyming structure while few don't. Some poems might feel provoking to few people like about suicidal tendencies but most of the poems are enjoyable. The author has put out her heart into these poems.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. Some poems may be a little difficult to comprehend but it was a very pleasant read. I recommend it to everyone.
